Barr. Bello Mahmud the Registrar General of Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), is credited with initiating and driving the gale of reforms that saw to the reengineering of business processes at CAC, to make online company incorporation a reality in Nigeria. His achievements not only helped reduce the cost of company incorporation, it has also made the process much faster, as companies can now be incorporated in Nigeria within 24hrs!
In this interview, with Jamilu A.K Ibrahim, Barr. Mahmud provides a rare insight into how he achieved this remarkable feat.
